Alyson O’Laughlin began her career in Charlotte in 2006, launching her professional journey in marketing with a boutique open-air retail developer before transitioning into leasing in 2011. Her shift into leasing was shaped by mentorship at DDR (now SITE Centers), where she developed a strong foundation in retail real estate.
A Charlotte native with deep roots in the Queen City, Alyson has built her career leasing open-air shopping center portfolios throughout the Southeastern United States. She has managed expansive territories and worked with prominent landlords including WS Development and Waterstone Properties Group.
Alyson specializes in landlord representation, while also partnering with tenants on expansion and relocation strategies. Her experience spans a wide range of open-air retail formats, including mixed-use developments, grocery-anchored centers, power centers, specialty retail, and neighborhood strip centers.
