A lifelong resident of Brevard County and a proud graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business and Marketing, she has built her career on a foundation of trust, strategic insight, and genuine connection.
As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Guild Elite member, Alyssa specializes in high-end waterfront estates, new construction condominiums, executive neighborhoods, second homes, and investment properties. Her market expertise spans the barrier island communities of Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Indialantic, and Melbourne Beach, as well as mainland areas including Suntree, Viera, Merritt Island, and Titusville.
Before joining Compass, Alyssa was the Broker-Owner and top producer of Sand Dollar Realty of Brevard, a boutique firm she proudly operated in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach. Her background in construction and development uniquely equips her to guide buyers and sellers through every phase of new construction—from pre-sales to association turnover. She has led sales and operations for numerous new subdivisions and five successful waterfront condominium developments.
