Joy has been in national and international real estate since 1988. She decided to obtain her California Real Estate license in Merced in 1998.
Joy specializes in residential, farms, ranches, orchards, luxury homes, mountain property, commercial, and international real estate. She also does short sales and 1031 exchanges. Belonging to and supporting several animal rescues, Joy feels strongly that every animal needs a home.
Being fluent in both English & Spanish makes her work and her love to travel even more exciting. Joy has traveled to 48 countries, some two or three times. She loves meeting new people & learning about the history & the culture of every country she visits.
