Bio
Amelia Kaplan joined RIPCO Real Estate in 2025 as an Associate in the Manhattan office, where she focuses on retail leasing and supports both landlord and tenant representation across New York City.
Before joining RIPCO, Amelia held roles at Excel Sports Management, NBC Sports, and Bomber Ski, working across talent marketing, brand partnerships, and public relations. She also worked with PK Properties, gaining experience in leasing strategy, tenant relations, and property operations throughout their commercial portfolio, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both sides of a deal.
A native of the Upper East Side, Amelia graduated from Bates College, where she competed as a Division I alpine skier.
