Amer has successfully purchased his own multi-family residential property, renovated, and eventually sold his investments. He has hands on knowledge of the residential rental business from pre purchase, rehabilitation to sales.
He is an alumni of The University of Buffalo where he completed his bachelors in Urban and Public Policy Studies as well as Masters coursework in Real Estate Development. He has been involved in real estate in a variety of capacities as an investor, working for nonprofit housing agencies, and in the insurance industry.
He has successfully helped friends and family locate investment property for purchase, helped negotiate leases for their businesses and aided with buildouts for leases and renovation for investment property. Amer has joined Long and Foster with the intent to specialize in multi-family residential and retail properties in Tysons Corner and beyond.
