Amila’s real estate career began with a degree in corporate finance from the University of North Florida. From there, Amila worked in commercial real estate, risk management, and contract review for a real estate investment trust (REIT) for nine years. It was here she learned the skills required to transition to residential real estate in 2016. Amila uses these skills to seize opportunities and negotiate the best possible outcomes for her customers, whether buying or selling a home or investment property.
