Amy is a Partner in Newmark UK's Office Agency team, specialising in tenant and landlord advisory work. providing strategic advice to Occupiers and Landlords on their leasehold interests.
Amy’s work typically involves helping clients develop their office and lease strategy, seeking alternative office options, negotiating lease terms on clients’ behalf, overseeing their office relocation projects and devising lease exit strategies.
As well as providing strategic advice on occupier acquisitions, she also advises occupier clients on lease restructures, break options, lease surrenders / exits and the marketing and sub-letting of surplus accommodation.
Since qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2013, she has advised a wide range of occupier clients throughout Central London, and the South East markets of the UK, including large corporations, owner-managed businesses, third and public sector organisations.
