Amy brings to the business 25+ years experience in retail real estate in Georgia, with 17 of those years at TSCG representing Landlords. As Senior Vice President, Amy works with landlords and developers on new development strategies in suburban and downtown markets. She also excels in strategic leasing and repositioning of grocery anchored projects, power centers, mixed use projects and free standing buildings. Amy’s approach to leasing is strategic and unique to each project, recognizing each nuanced difference in different markets and projects. Amy is happily married with three children.
