Amy joined Open Realty Advisors in 2021 and works across both the Landlord and Tenant advisory practices. Before joining ORA, Amy spent nine years with OliverMcMillan and Brookfield Properties, where she managed negotiations, leasing strategy, and legal transactions for several high-profile mixed-use assets, including The Shops Buckhead Atlanta, River Oaks District in Houston, Cherry Creek North in Denver, and 5th & Broadway in Nashville. Within ORA’s Tenant advisory practice, Amy plays a key leadership role in the national expansion of PAIGE and J.Crew. She also manages several mixed-use and urban projects for the Landlord advisory business. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from San Diego State University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Amy is a licensed real estate broker in California, Washington, Tennessee, Colorado, Utah, and Georgia and is an active member of the State Bar of California.
