Bio
Amy has more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, including serving as Executive Vice President, Head of Investments for RPT Realty where she played a key role in executing the sale of RPT to Kimco Realty in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $2 billion. Previously, Amy was Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Chicago Office for JLL Capital Markets where she completed more than $10 billion
in retail transactions and was instrumental in building the fledgling JLL Midwest retail platform into the leading retail investment sales team in the market. Prior to this, Amy held leadership positions at HFF, Equity Office Properties, and GGP. Amy holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Political Science from Coe College, and she sits on the Coe College President’s Advisory Board. A New York City resident, Amy is also the Co-Chair for the Programs Committee for the National ULI Product Council and a member of ICSC.
