Bio
Andi is a Director and serves a dual role within the advisory and investments platforms at Mandolin Partners.
Andi brings 8 years of brokerage and project management experience, most recently at Childress Klein, where she was a Senior Associate of Brokerage Services. She serviced third party clients in leasing and acquisition transactions with a focus on tenant representation. Prior to Childress Klein, she spent four years in project management at Duke Energy.
Andi holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a Business Administration minor from Clemson University. She is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina and is actively involved in the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), where she serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Programs Committee.
Andi loves to spend time outdoors, from the coast to the mountains, with her husband, Ben, and their English Cream Retriever, Griffin.
