Andre Cuadrado is a 10 year commercial real estate veteran and the founder and head of the Auction.com Valuations and Advisory Department. Andre and his team have underwritten and advised on over 10,000 deals prior to them being considered for the online auction platform, ranging from small $10,000 office product in rural locations to a $600,000,000,000 performing multifamily note portfolio for Fannie Mae. Andre was also the project manager for data infrastructure implementation relating to commercial real estate and the creation of due diligence standards for the entire Auction.com commercial division.
Prior to his 3 years assisting in the build-out of the Auction.com commercial real estate processes, Andre was a mortgage loan analyst and originator for ING Investment Management, involved in over $1,000,000,000 of debt transactions. Andre is also a former US Army Airborne Ranger who served two tours in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom 2002-2003.
