Bio
Andre Goldsmith joined JDA in 2025 and currently serves as a Development Analyst for the Multifamily Division. In this role, he assists the Multifamily team with sourcing, underwriting, portfolio management, and overall market research. Prior to joining full-time, Andre interned with Johnson Management in 2023 and with JDA Multifamily in 2024. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2025 with a B.S. in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, with an area of emphasis in Real Estate. He also earned a minor in Entrepreneurship.
