Her mother grew up on Canyon Road, Santa Fe's iconic historic arts district, while her father built a successful career in real estate. Watching him help families through one of life's most important milestones inspired Andrea to follow in his footsteps—a decision she proudly considers one of the best she has ever made. Licensed since 2000, Andrea began her career as a transaction coordinator for one of Santa Fe's top-producing real estate teams, managing 10 to more than 20 transactions each month. That invaluable experience provided a strong foundation before launching her own successful career. For more than 25 years, she has built her business on exceptional service, strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and lasting client relationships. Many of her clients return time and again, trusting her to guide multiple home purchases and sales throughout the years.
Andrea's determination extends well beyond real estate. As a two-time breast cancer survivor, she understands the importance of perseverance, gratitude, and maintaining a positive outlook through life's greatest challenges. Her experience has inspired her to support others facing a cancer diagnosis by offering encouragement, compassion, and hope.
Committed to both her profession and her community, Andrea also served for three years as a Director for the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, contributing to the growth and integrity of the local real estate industry.
