Andrea Szlavik Rothsching is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience in the local market. She began her career in property management before expanding into residential, commercial, and land sales, building a well-rounded expertise that serves clients across every stage of the real estate spectrum.
A graduate of American University, Andrea earned her B.A. in International Relations and German Language. Having lived and traveled extensively abroad, she is fluent in both German and French. As the daughter of immigrants, she has a deep appreciation for the unique concerns of clients who are new to the United States or who speak English as a Second Language, offering them guidance with clarity, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
Throughout her 16-year tenure at Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach, Andrea was consistently a multi-million-dollar producer and earned prestigious honors including Chairman’s Circle and Legend awards. She is experienced in both resale and new construction and is among a select group of elite corporate relocation specialists. Her extensive background also includes significant experience in land development.
In addition to her Real Estate Sales License, Andrea holds a Real Estate Broker’s License and has earned several distinguished professional designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Seller Representative (ASR), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and GREEN.
