Bio
Mr. Klein is the Founder and Managing Partner of BHIG Real Estate and its affiliates. Mr. Klein has more than 20 years of Real Estate experience, with more than $1 billion in structured transaction value in the US and more than 1,000 units developed in Latin America. Before founding BHIG, Mr. Klein was a Managing Director at The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, an Investment Bank based in NYC with a transaction volume of $20 Billionin transactions.
Mr. Klein holds a bachelor's in Business Administration from the School of Business of the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Master of Science (with high honors) in Real Estate Investment and Finance from New York University, where he also served as a professor of financial modeling.
Mr. Klein is also a Board Member of Techo (www.techo.org), a non-profit organization that built more than 100,000 houses for people in need in Latin America and co-created and founded the program Home 4 Home, the first-ever ONE for ONE program for real estate in the world (www.h4h.techo.org)
