Andres Navarrete is a commercial real estate advisor focused on land and multifamily throughout South Florida. His background includes more than ten years of experience across brokerage, asset management, development strategy, leasing, acquisitions, and financial analysis.
Before entering full-time brokerage, Andres worked with Blue Waters Development Group, a Southwest Florida-based development and investment firm, where he helped oversee and execute strategy across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. His work included large land transactions, tenant negotiations, asset repositioning, financial analysis, and coordination with legal, engineering, and municipal stakeholders. That experience gave him a developer’s perspective on entitlement risk, site feasibility, value creation, and transaction execution.
As a broker, Andres uses that experience to help owners and investors identify value, position assets effectively, and execute transactions with clarity and discipline. He is particularly focused on development sites and multifamily where market knowledge, zoning insight, and deal structuring can materially impact value.
Andres earned his Master’s in Real Estate from Florida International University and is Argus certified.
