Andres is co-founder, partner and CFO at Local Real Estate. With a background in business, technology, marketing and design, Andres brings a unique perspective to real estate.
Prior to starting Local Real Estate, Andres was the Market Center Administrator and CFO of a successful Keller Williams franchise. Prior to that, he was a technology and media consultant where he actively evaluated and assisted start-up companies. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Andres played a vital role in helping build the National Basketball Association’s media distribution and digital footprint in Latin America from 2006 - 2010. Andres has also had his real estate license since 2011.
While earning his Degree in Business Administration and Management Informations Systems from Florida International University, Andres worked actively in the fields of Information Technology, Digital Media and Product Design.
