Andrew Brittingham, CCIM, ALC, is a senior commercial real estate professional and Associate Broker. A native of Laredo, Texas, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Arizona State University. Andrew holds the distinguished CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) designations. He began his real estate career with a license in 2015 and was recognized in 2018 as a member of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Circle of Distinction. Andrew excels in commercial leasing, investment transactions, multifamily properties, and development land. His portfolio includes working with national brands such as Domino’s Pizza, Orange Theory Fitness, and the U.S. General Services Administration, as well as leading both residential and commercial development projects. In addition to his current brokerage role, Andrew serves as Chief Operating Officer for Brittingham Development Group, a prominent South Texas land and development firm he joined in 2014. He oversees operations spanning industrial, residential, and commercial real estate, including project leasing, asset and property management, and acquisition and disposition activities. Andrew is fluent in English and Spanish, and he is well-networked across South Texas.
