Bio
Prior to joining Westcore in 2025, Andy was Managing Director, Head of Industrial at Tishman Speyer. He established a global platform, raising and investing capital across the US and Europe. He also spent 14 years at Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE: TRNO) as an Executive Vice President. Andy was on the original management team that established Terreno’s national platform and took the company public in 2010. At Terreno, Andy oversaw acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset management and operations of industrial properties in New York, New Jersey, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington D.C. He also held investment positions at AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis), Sun Microsystems, and Fidelity Investments.
