Mr. Cheney specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants, focusing on the leasing and sales of office properties in the metropolitan Phoenix real estate market. A second generation Arizonan, Mr. Cheney’s extensive experience includes representing nationally recognized landlords such as Ryan Companies, Opus Group, Oaktree Capital and USAA Real Co.; and national tenants such as Motorola, JDA Software and HDR Engineering. Mr. Cheney is deeply committed to the industry and takes active leadership roles within elite organizations such as SIOR and NAIOP. Cheney served as the 2018 NAIOP Arizona Chapter Chairman of the Board. He is one of 33 professionals worldwide who hold the CRE, CCIM and SIOR designations.
