Andy Corno is a Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Washington, DC Retail Leasing team.
Andy leads the Agency Retail practice for the DMV. In this capacity, he represents landlords and tenants in sale and lease transactions of commercial retail space. Andy has a strong background in landlord and tenant representation, acquisitions, due diligence, valuation, development, and lease restructuring. Andy has been awarded Top Retail Leasing Broker by Costar 2019, 2020, and 2021. In addition, Andy was JLL’s Mid Atlantic Top Producer in 2021.
With over 15 years of experience, including commercial retail and office, and operational experience as a restaurant franchisee, Andy is a vital resource to his clients and truly understands excellence requires a constant effort and quality always stands out.
Prior to joining JLL, Andy was an invaluable member of the Retail Services Group based in the Downtown Los Angeles office at CBRE, where he led the Urban Retail Practice. Prior to joining CBRE, he handled leasing for a major institutional owner, Washington REIT.
Andy received his masters of business administration from UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business. Andy received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and was an Academic All-American.
Andy was a former three-time NCAA All-American lacrosse player at Georgetown University and Major League Lacrosse player.
