Andrew oversees Unico’s real estate investments in and around the Puget Sound and Nashville markets. He assists in executing asset strategies, directly oversees Unico’s Market Leaders across its core markets, and heads Unico Investor Relations.
Andrew joined Unico in 2002 in the property management department, supporting operations for the Metropolitan Tract portfolio in downtown Seattle. He was promoted to Financial Analyst in 2005 within Unico’s Investment and Asset Management groups. He subsequently was promoted within Asset Management to the position of Vice President, where he created and executed strategies, business plans, and financing and sale transactions for Unico’s office and multi-family assets. In 2015, Andrew was promoted to VP, Market Leader and subsequently SVP, Market Leader.
