Andrew S. (Andy) Daitch is the Executive Managing Director of Affordable Housing Advisors (AHA) of Newmark, the nation’s leading, multifaceted brokerage firm representing sellers and buyers of government-subsidized, multifamily properties.
Andy began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 1999 under the mentorship of AHA’s founder. As AHA grew as a pioneer and industry leader in the brokerage of government-subsidized, multifamily properties, Andy was responsible for growing the company’s platform to further enhance their services to clients on a national level. Andy was named Vice President of Investments in 2008, Senior Vice President of Investments in 2012, and later named Executive Managing Director of Investments in 2017. AHA has exclusively listed and sold over 250,000 government-subsidized housing units throughout the United States, which is valued at more than $15 billion.
He is repeatedly recognized as a Top 10 Agent among Marcus & Millichap’s agents nationwide, including being recognized as the firm’s #1 multi-family agent from 2018-2022. He was the top ranked Investment Professional in 2022 among over 2,000 brokers in more than 85 offices. Additionally, in 2020 Multi-Housing News named Andy “Broker of the Year” and Midwest Real Estate News Magazine included him as part of their 2017 Hall of Fame class.
