Andrew is the Managing Principal of Granatum Capital, a new age real estate investment company focused on acquiring income producing, but underperforming or distressed industrial and multifamily properties. Granatum's team is spirited, dedicated, and innovative, differentiating itself through proactive canvassing and networking. This allows the firm to establish direct connections with property owners and brokers, identifying properties with tremendous demonstrable upside potential and extracting value to achieve exceptional returns for investors.
Andrew was formerly a Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at the Lightstone Group and has been directly involved in the sourcing, financial analysis, financing, and execution of over $3B in total capitalization across the residential, hospitality, and industrial asset classes. Andrew has played an integral role on the Lightstone team for 7 years with a skill in off-market canvassing and sourcing, that directly resulted in Lightstone controlling one of the largest development assemblages in NYC and successfully expanding its value-add multifamily, industrial, and hotel portfolio. Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business.
