Over the last 10 years working in Calgary and Vancouver, I’ve seen both the challenges and opportunities that come with commercial real estate market cycles. From protecting portfolio asset value through creative lease negotiations and tenant retention programs, to enhancing the customer experience while maximizing stakeholder value, I have proven results and outcomes in the most challenging of markets. My depth of experience in both agency and principle roles, in strong and weak markets, provides me with a unique perspective and ability to successfully complete complex transactions. In my role as Director, I am responsible for leasing Oxford’s office portfolio in downtown Vancouver.
When I’m not working, I can be found on the ski hill in the winter, the golf course in the summer and traveling as often as possible in between.
