Bio
Andrew specialises in strategic land, immediate land sales and development viability work across the Midlands as well as undertaking development consultancy, valuation and investment sales.
Andrew has fifteen years’ experience within the house building industry. His work has fed into a number of high profile national M&A projects over recent years.
Andrew joined Savills in January 2008, working the Nottingham development team for 7 years before joining the Birmingham development team in 2014 to take on a regional strategic land role. Andrew graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2005 with a BSc (Hons) in Planning and Property Development and qualified as a chartered planning and development surveyor in 2009.
