Andrew has over fifteen years of diverse real estate knowledge in landlord/tenant representation, property disposition, financing, acquisition, underwriting, and development. During his career he has been involved in more than 100+ transactions representing over 1,000,000 square feet with an aggregate value of these transactions exceeding $500 million.
While the Director of Leasing and Finance at Irgens, he oversaw the leasing and financial performance of a diversified portfolio of commercial properties in the Midwest. He continues to leverage his background and 10+ years of experience in commercial banking and real estate to provide strategic guidance and solutions to our clients and partners. Previously, Andrew worked as a commercial banker at Belmont Bank and Trust focusing on business development of the Commercial Real Estate loan portfolio and growing the Wicker Park branch.
Andrew has a proven track record of delivering value-added services for retail tenants and landlords, such as site selection analysis, market research, competition mapping, and transaction management.
