Dedicated property operative, with over 30 years’ industry experience across a diverse range of development sites, commercial property assets and special projects.
I focus on transactions, complex development sites, value add investments, deal structuring, feasibility analysis, amalgamation, acquisition, highest and best use reviews and rezoning. Over the last 10 years I have transacted on $2.5+ billion of property deals across a range of assets in NSW. Over the last decade I have also advised on a range of major infrastructure projects for Government agencies.
