Bio
Andrew serves as a Senior Vice President at Cresa, where he helps lead some of the firm’s most significant multi-market client relationships across a diverse range of industries. Known for his strategic precision and client-first approach, he develops and executes comprehensive real estate portfolio strategies that align closely with each client’s broader business objectives.
Over the course of his career, Andrew has overseen the completion of 1,000+ real estate transactions totaling over $700 million in value. His experience spans complex property acquisitions and dispositions, build-to-suits, lease renegotiations, and portfolio repositioning initiatives. In addition, he has successfully guided clients in securing more than $40 million in state and local economic incentives, further enhancing the value of their real estate decisions.
