A proud Spartanburg native, Andrew Hewitt is the managing partner and broker-in-charge of Hewitt Commercial Real Estate. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Wofford College, where he developed the analytical foundation that has guided his career in real estate.
Andrew brings a diverse professional background to every engagement. He spent six years in banking with a focus on commercial and real estate lending as well as asset management, followed by seven years as a corporate sales manager — building local and nationwide marketing teams and cultivating relationships with some of the largest retail groups in the United States.
For the past eight years he has sharpened his expertise in Land, Industrial, Office, Retail, and Sports & Entertainment properties working alongside national developers, builders, and private equity groups, giving him an institutional perspective uniquely suited to serving his clients across the Carolinas.
Outside of work, Andrew and his wife Hayley are raising their three boys in Spartanburg and he is an active presence in his community — coaching youth sports, serving at City Lights Church, and enjoying time on the golf course.
