Andrew J. Hupp serves as principal at One Oak Development with an emphasis on the delivery of retail projects from permitting through construction. He also shares in the responsibility of new business development, project generation and the management of key tenant relationships. For the last 25 years, he has completed projects including RaceTrac, Walgreens, Walmart, O’Reilly Auto Parts, PDQ, Wawa, Chipotle, Starbucks and Chick Fil A. While Andrew’s expertise lies in retail development, he is well qualified in industrial, office and mixed-use developments. Andrew is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers. He resides in Clearwater, Florida with his wife and three children.
