Andrew Laycock serves as a Partner on the Houston Industrial team.
With a primary focus on single-tenant manufacturing, distribution, and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) product, Andrew’s detailed and thorough understanding of his market allows him to identify unique opportunities and deliver positive outcomes for his clients. During his time at Partners, Andrew has completed lease and sale transactions totaling over $375M in consideration.
Andrew’s expertise spans acquisitions, leasing, dispositions, and development. He consistently ranks among the company’s top industrial performers and is the youngest partner in firm history.
Before joining Partners, Andrew attended Texas A&M University where he graduated with a degree from the College of Engineering in 2019.
