Andrew Leahy is the National Director of Institutional Property Advisors’ Multifamily Division. Andrew focuses on the growth and overall strategic direction of the platform, utilizing his experience and long-standing relationships built over a 25-year career investing in multifamily and commercial real estate on behalf of both private and public entities across gateway, secondary, and tertiary markets. His extensive background partnering with both domestic and international pension funds, mutual funds, insurance companies, endowments, and sovereign wealth funds provides him with a unique insight into how institutional platforms utilize empirical research, conduct underwriting, and set and achieve strategic goals for investing in multifamily assets and portfolios.
