Andrew Mazey is a Senior Vice President at Brennan Investment Group. Based in Nashville, he is responsible for the acquisition, development and asset management of industrial properties in Nashville, Memphis, and throughout Tennessee.
Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Andrew was Director of Real Estate Development for Al. Neyer where he led the ground-up development of over 4 million square feet of industrial real estate in Nashville and Raleigh. Prior to Al. Neyer, Andrew was Engineering Project Manager at Under Armour where he led the design and development of UA’s new build-to-suit distribution centers in Nashville, Baltimore, Korea, and China. Prior to Under Armour, Andrew led similar large warehouse build-to-suit development projects at the management consulting firm Kurt Salmon (now Accenture) in New York City. Andrew started his career as an equity research analyst at a hedge fund in New York City.
