Andrew is a key member of Palmero Partners, specializing in real estate advisory and investment sales for manufactured housing communities and RV resorts across the United States. Prior to joining Palmero Partners, Andrew led the manufactured housing and RV park team at a national brokerage firm, where he built a track record for delivering top-tier results for professional owners and private investors. Since launching his commercial real estate career in 2015 after graduating from Washington State University, Andrew has become a recognized expert in the mobile home and RV resort asset class. Earlier in his career, Andrew founded and operated several small businesses, managing business development, contract negotiations, and financial operations—experience that sharpened his analytical skills and client-first approach. To date, Andrew has closed over $130 million in property transactions and has set multiple market records, including highest price per space and record-low cap rate sales.
