Andrew Pace has 27 years C-level Hospitality experience including a wide spectrum of hospitality leadership, new hotel development, acquisitions, feasibility analysis, operations, distressed assets experience, franchise and management contract negotiations, and JV formulation. He is credentialed as an expert witness and has served in many capacities in lender and brand distressed hospitality workouts. Since 1999, he has served on the Governor appointed State Board of Architects, a government regulatory body of the State of Georgia. He is an Advisory Board member of the Cecil B. Day School of Hospitality, Georgia State University since 2004 and is a Board Member of the Georgia Hotel & Lodging Association. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Georgia State University and an Executive MBA from Mercer University.
