Andrew Piccirillo is Senior Director, Asset Management at The RMR Group, where he oversees asset management for an 80-property portfolio held across Office Properties Income Trust, Industrial Logistics Properties Trust, and Diversified Healthcare Trust. In this capacity, he drives leasing performance through collaboration with leasing brokers and an internal team. He has underwritten and onboarded several portfolio acquisitions, including hiring leasing representation for each new asset.
Prior to joining The RMR Group, Piccirillo served as Asset Manager at High Street Equity Advisors, a Boston-based real estate investment firm, where he monitored property operations and applied value-adding initiatives to the firm's assets. In that role, he managed a portfolio of 43 properties.
