Andrew is an experienced commercial real estate manager with a consistent history of success. Andrew joined KRG in 2017 however he has professionally managed properties in the Columbus area since 1999. During his career has managed commercial office space, retail, medical and industrial properties.
In addition to his experience in property management, Andrew has an extensive background in computer and internet technologies, customer service, accounting concepts and property management software. Andrew’s consistent positive tenant relationship has led to higher than projected occupancy rates, minimal turnover, and renewals of long-term leases.
