Drew Rodgers specializes in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties throughout the greater Philadelphia area, specifically Delaware, South Jersey, and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Based in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, Drew is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania, and joined Marcus & Millichap in April 2024. Drew graduated with a B.A. from Temple University, where he studied Real Estate and Finance. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked as a Junior Asset Manager for a local real estate owner and operator, where he helped manage a portfolio of LIHTC properties across Delaware and Maryland. Outside of work, Drew is an avid golfer, snowboarder, and cook. He engages in volunteer and fundraising activities for local and national organizations, including The Jewish Relief Agency and The Judy Fund.
