Andrew Sanderson is a Partner and top producer at eXp Realty. Over his 18-year career, he has personally sold more than $425 million in real estate and has helped over 1,500 families.
With his deep expertise in the North Jersey area, Andrew expertly guides clients through all types of real estate transactions, from condos and multi-family properties to single-family homes and commercial investments. Andrew has vast knowledge of lending, rent control laws, value-added opportunities, and tax appeals. He executes top-notch pricing, marketing, negotiation, and staging strategies to achieve top dollar.
Most of his business continues to come from past clients and referrals. He also has many years of experience negotiating the best possible prices and terms for his clients.
Andrew is a proud father of three who loves to travel, golf, exercise, ski, and play just about every sport.
