Bio
Andrew joined AmCap’s Acquisitions department in 2020 to help source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities. Prior to AmCap, he was with Waypoint Real Estate Investments and TriBridge, focusing on multifamily and commercial acquisitions and portfolio management. Prior to this, Andrew was with Gramercy Property Trust’s special situations team, a $1 billion fund formed with TPG Capital to make opportunistic and value-add acquisitions of commercial properties. Andrew began his career in investment banking with Jefferies’ real estate group, where he helped spearhead the creation of the hotel investment banking business and completed over $7 billion of transactions across various sectors.
