Andrew Scroggie is the Central Texas Partner with Trinity Partners Commercial Real Estate. In this position, Andrew specializes in land acquisitions, retail and restaurant tenant representation/site selection and development. Andrew has 30 years of commercial real estate experience and has represented many regional and national tenants including Aspen Dental, Pet Paradise, Salad and Go, Race Trac, Kriser’s Pet Supplies, Pet Suites, PS Storage, stayAPT Suites, IHG Hotels, Visionworks, Valvoline, NTB, Midas, Circle K, T-Mobile, Staples, Starbuck’s, David’s Bridal, MAD Green’s, Andy’s Frozen Custard, Swift’s Attic/Wu Chow, Glo30, Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint, Blaze Pizza, Flying Saucer/Flying Fish/Rodeo Goat, Taco Bueno, Abbott’s Frozen Custard, Red Door Woodfired Grill, McAlister’s Deli, Club Car Express Car Wash, Summer Moon Coffee and First Choice Emergency Room.
Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Andrew was a Principal with Edge Realty Partners in Austin, Texas (12 years). He also has real estate experience with The Weitzman Group (Austin - 8 years), Venture Commercial (Dallas), The Woodmont Company (Ft. Worth) and United Commercial Realty (Dallas). Andrew is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Golfing, skiing, boating, hunting and Longhorn sporting events with his family are his favorite hobbies and pastimes.
