Andrew Stein came to commercial real estate after a career in the film and television industry finding and managing locations for Warner Brothers and NBC. Mr. Stein has served as a consultant, strategic planner and provider of specialized brokerage services. His ability to find strategic and creative solutions to both quantitative and qualitative issues makes him a valuable real estate advisor. He is a graduate of Brown University and a cofounder of Vicus Partners (merged with Cresa June 2023).
