With 13 years of experience, he completed transactions of $2 Billion+ which have resulted in cost avoidance of $300 Million+ on behalf of his clients. Recent experience includes headquarters relocations, dispositions, lease vs. own analysis and site selection strategy.
Dating back to 2015, Andy has successfully implemented disposition and rationalization strategies that have resulted in reduction of his clients’ portfolios by over 1.0 Million RSF and created cost avoidance in excess of $300 Million.
He is also a board member of Commercial Office Leasing Brokers (COLBA) and Little Giraffe Foundation.
