With 25 years at Concert, Andrew is responsible for leading the strategic planning and key operational activities of Concert’s income portfolio (office, industrial and residential rental) across Canada. Responsibilities include overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, asset and portfolio investment management, term financing and commercial leasing. Additionally, Andrew oversees Concert’s residential condominium and seniors land acquisitions nationally. In 2016, Andrew played a key role with the creation and capital raising of Concert’s CREC Commercial Fund LP, an open-ended limited partnership, which includes over 60 office and industrial properties, and serves as the Fund’s Managing Director.
