I’m a California real estate broker and attorney focused on multifamily and income property in Los Angeles and the South Bay. For more than 20 years, I’ve helped owners buy, sell, and reposition 2–20 unit apartments, small mixed-use buildings, and high-equity homes treated as investment assets. My work emphasizes 1031 exchanges and exit planning that considers taxes, timing, and long-term goals.
Clients rely on my guidance, especially when a deal is complicated or in time-sensitive situations like long-term tenants, multiple heirs, deferred maintenance, coordinating a sale around a 1031 deadline, or planning a transition into more passive structures like DSTs. I also help owners evaluate whether to hold, sell, or reposition their properties using calm, clear, numbers-driven analysis.
In addition to local sales, I advise LA and South Bay owners who want to sell here and redeploy equity into Hawaii vacation or second homes. I work through a vetted partner network in Oahu’s North Shore and other Hawaii markets (I am licensed in California only).
