Andrew H. Winkelmann is an attorney and member of the Texas State Bar. Andrew practiced with Koon’s Real Estate Law Firm before joining DFW Advisors. He has a background in Land Surveying and AutoCAD. Andrew serves as our negotiations and relocation specialist on all Right of Way projects. He has an in-depth knowledge of the Uniform Relocation Act.
Andrew graduated from Trinity University with a Bachelor Degree in History and attended St. Mary’s University Law School, both in San Antonio. Mr. Winkelmann is a member of the Dallas Chapter of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and has his Relocation Assistance Certification.
