Andy has been a leader in commercial real estate for more than 20 years, with experience in acquisitions, development, dispositions, and leasing in major markets throughout the United States.
His achievements in the field ultimately propelled him to become President of Dunhill Partners, Inc., a commercial real estate investment firm with more than 6 million square feet of commercial real estate. Born and raised in Dallas, Andy has been involved in Dallas’ commercial real estate community since childhood.
It was the purchase of the Dallas Design District in 2014 that inspired his passion for the enhancement of distinct, dynamic neighborhood districts through strategic leasing and ground-up development.
