Based in Chicago, Andy Frazier joined Stream Capital Partners in October of 2022 and brings a unique background to commercial real estate brokerage. Prior to STREAM, Andy worked as an account manager for a Fortune 500 technology company that provided mission-critical communications, command center software, and video security solutions to law enforcement and government agencies. Andy managed complex transactions that required fulfillment of financial, technological, and political goals for multiple stakeholders. Andy is a professional who always delivers and is a strong client advocate who knows how to create win-win solutions.
Prior to his 20 years in sales and account management, Andy attended East Carolina University. When not working, he enjoys traveling, especially to wine producing regions in the U.S. and abroad, and cooking.
